We started the construction of two new photovoltaic parks in Aragón. For them, previously, we have also fully taken care of all the phases of their development.

We present the two new photovoltaic parks starting their works in Aragón: Fuentes and Botorrita. Both parks will have 1 MWp of power and will be located in the province of Zaragoza. These two projects will form part of our portfolio of 1 MW plants, such as the San Mateo Photovoltaic Park, which completed its construction this summer. Once the respective structures are constructed, they generate 2,654-megawatt hours of clean energy from photovoltaic technology. This joint production is equivalent to the consumption of 643 Spanish households. Finally, considering its sustainable value and the exploitation of this renewable source, the total emission of 908 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere per year will be avoided. This reduction will not only contribute to the achievement of Spain’s sustainability objectives of the 2030 Agenda but also the country’s energy independence.

The construction phase of the two new photovoltaic parks in Aragón

As has been mentioned, before the construction of the two plants, our team also carried out all the development and design phases of the project. Throughout September, it will carry out the tasks of earthworks and fencing. Later, it will be the turn of the driving for the structures, and finally, it will incorporate a total of more than 5.000 solar panels between the two floors.

Investment in renewables

This type of smaller photovoltaic plant, for which 2 and 3 hectares of land are needed, is a great investment opportunity. Its long useful life allows our clients to generate significant economic returns over time. Additionally, betting on investment in this type of energy is betting on the future. They avoid tons of annual CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and do not produce any pollution, improving the quality of life in the places where they are located.
