Energyear ’22 Colombia, hand in hand with our colleagues from the subsidiary.

The most relevant event in the renewable energy sector is organized annually in different countries worldwide. Although in Enerland Group, we have already attended the editions held in Madrid and Lisbon, it was time to participate in Energyear ’22 Colombia. Being present at this event helps us be aware of the latest technological, commercial and legal developments in the sector. This way, we can offer our customers the latest and most advanced innovations in sustainable energy solutions. Energyear Andina was the fifth edition of the leading congress of the Colombian energy market. The goal: continue the path towards consolidating the country’s energy transition, facilitating an optimal networking space for all the players in the industry. Thus, suppliers, clients and potentials join the event to discuss the country’s new challenges and the possibilities that will make Colombia a regional benchmark in renewable matters. More than sixty expert speakers spoke about market trends and technological advances. They were joined by more than 400 attendees, including Óscar Berrio and Hernando Restrepo, country manager and commercial manager, respectively, of the Enerland Group in Colombia. The event held in Medellin on June 12 and 13 was a complete success.

Energy Group in Colombia

In 2017 we began our activity in Colombia, where, on the same date, we inaugurated a new subsidiary. Since then, it has been working on different development projects for large photovoltaic parks. Our largest project to date in the country was the Canal del Dique Photovoltaic Park (5MW) for Surtigas, whose construction ended in 2021. Currently, we are in the construction phase of two new projects in the Colombian region: La Tolúa and Tierra Linda.
