Once again, Enerland Group’s employees have participated in the Atades Solidarity Race for the benefit of early childhood care.
For the eleventh year, the non-profit organization has organized this popular competition, in which several Enerland Group colleagues have run the different categories of 1K, 5K, 5+1K and “dorsal cero”. As in previous editions of the Atades race, the event took place in the Parque Grande José Antonio Labordeta, in Zaragoza. More than 3,700 runners took part in this occasion, setting a new participation record.
For this edition, the company opened the possibility of participation to those workers who could not attend the race through the so-called “dorsal cero”. This Atades initiative allows the purchase, in this case managed by Enerland, of symbolic numbers as a donation to the organization. A good cause and a small effort that makes a difference, both for early care and for our colleagues, who were able to enjoy a sports day filled with a great atmosphere.

The Atades race os just one of the company’s recurring events related to physical activity. Each year, Enerland Spain holds its traditional Padel Tournament, as well as a Soccer Match in the fall. In addition, throughout the year, we promote and sponsor various races and tournaments of interest to employees, such as de MLA Soccer League, the ESIC Company Race, or the Zaragoza Fire Department’s 10K Race. Health care and positive energy are always a cause for celebration, and help to strengthen us as individuals and as a team.
