We entered the Italian market. We continue our objective of expansion throughout the European continent. Our portfolio of projects in Italy already has more than 700MW in development.

We continue to support the acceleration of the energy transition. Through the development of photovoltaic energy we continue our expansion throughout the European continent. We enter the Italian market and present our third headquarters in Europe.

Italy, together with Spain and Portugal, thanks to its geographical location, is positioned worldwide as one of the countries that receives the most solar radiation throughout the year. Its photovoltaic potential and the concern of its institutions for the environment, position Italy as a key country in the energy transition towards a renewable model. In accordance with the objectives set in the PNIEC agenda, Italy intends to increase its production of solar energy. On the one hand, its goal by 2030 is to reach 65 GW. On the other hand, the figure is even more ambitious if we meet the goal set for 2050: to produce 150GW in photovoltaics.

Today, we enter the Italian market celebrating the opening of our new headquarters. The objective: to support the institutions in their objectives and promote the growth of a new energy model. Thanks to our experience in the sector, we intend to add value by anticipating the needs of our customers, the environment and society.

Enerland Italia already has an ambitious expansion plan. The group’s experience has allowed us to quickly have a wide portfolio of photovoltaic park development located in different geographical areas of the country. Although the country’s orography is complex, in total, our team is already working on the 700GW development.

It is expected that in mid-2022, the executions of our first parks in Italy will begin and by 2024 all will be in RTB or Ready to Build status.

With this new headquarters, Enerland already has a presence in 14 countries around the world. At present, we have more than 1400GW in development within the European continent and we look forward to continuing to grow. We work for a sustainable future. Together for change!
