We announce the completion of two new Enerland projects in El Salvador. PV Gen and Grupo Roca have already started their start-up.

In April of this year began the execution of the set of parks PV Gen and Grupo Roca. Today, July 19, we announced the completion of the two new Enerland projects in El Salvador.

These two photovoltaic parks will connect a power of 2.8MW to the country’s electricity grid. Following the plans of the Government focused on modernizing the energy network and bringing it closer to those places that due to their location do not have access to it, this plant generates energy equivalent to the consumption of more than 2,100 homes.

The generation of photovoltaic solar energy avoids the emission of tons of polluting gases into the atmosphere. This makes it possible to contribute to an energy transition towards a sustainable future and position El Salvador as one of the leading countries in terms of sustainability. With these two projects, the country will avoid the emission of more than 3,090 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere.

Enerland bets on the future

Following the completion of these two parks, Enerland continues to work for the future. It will continue to operate and maintain them to always ensure maximum performance and optimization of them. On the other hand, we continue with the development of the other projects awarded in the country. Our goal: to have all of them operational before the end of the year.

Similarly, the company continues its work throughout the rest of the world. With a large portfolio of projects awarded and under development, we continue to bet on the transition towards renewable, clean and photovoltaic energy.
