Enerland Group has completed the 1st Edition of its 2023 Onboarding programme, designed to train the most recent additions to the company’s head office.

The sessions took place in the España room at the Zaragoza offices. There, a total of 15 interns and new employees came together over the course of two weeks to learn how the company's different departments operate. As Manuel Balet, our CEO, highlighted in the last of the presentations, "Enerland Group is a small company, but a very complex one". The diversity of services offered across each of its divisions, its cross-cutting nature and its international scale are all fundamental elements of Enerland Group's essence.

Throughout the training, employees have had the opportunity to meet the managers and directors of each of the areas. This has included Enerland, as well as MontiCell, the group's brand specialising in industrial photovoltaic self-consumption. The presentations covered everything from central services to the development, engineering and construction, self-consumption and O&M departments. The topics addressed were as varied as the company's own activity.

In this way, all participants in the programme completed the Onboarding process with a better understanding of the work carried out by the rest of their colleagues. Feedback on and reception of the initiative have been very positive both from new employees and from the heads of each department. In essence, the programme helps to highlight the daily effort made by each of the company’s professionals.
