Quality
Excellence as a purpose
Our Integrated Management System is the guide that ensures each process is carried out efficiently and in line with Enerland Group's policies, providing the criteria and guidelines needed for its proper implementation.
This system integrates the requirements of the standards ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 27001 (Information Security).
In this way, we guarantee quality,
safety and sustainability
across all our activities.
Certified management systems

Safety in every project
At Enerland Group, our Integrated Management System (IMS) is based on the PDCA continuous improvement cycle, a methodology that drives quality and efficiency throughout every phase of the project.
Thanks to this approach, we continually assess and optimise every process, ensuring compliance with sector standards in every country where we operate.
The result: greater productivity, lower operational risks and an optimal experience for our clients.
Our quality, your trust

The Project Quality Plan is a set of documents that we adapt to the client's specifications and to the regulations in force in each country.
It is the cornerstone we use to establish our quality criteria, controls and responsibilities.

It is the set of systematic, planned and documented actions through which we ensure project quality.
With this, we define, implement and carry out preventive activities aimed at ensuring that work, materials, processes and deliverables comply with internal procedures, applicable regulations and client expectations.

It consists of carrying out inspections, verifications and tests through which we ensure that the project is developed and executed in accordance with our technical, regulatory and contractual requirements.
The process is completed through internal and external audits, which verify the project's compliance and the effectiveness of the control system implemented.
