Once again, Enerland Group colleagues in Zaragoza took part in the Atades Charity Run, in support of early care services.
The non-profit organisation has organised for the eleventh consecutive year this popular race, in which several Enerland Group employees took part in the different 1K, 5K, 5+1K and zero bib categories. As in previous editions of the Atades race, the event took place in Parque Grande José Antonio Labordeta, in Zaragoza. More than 3,700 runners took part on this occasion, setting a new participation record.
For this edition, the company opened up the possibility for employees who could not attend the race to take part through the so-called ‘zero bibs’. This Atades initiative allows the purchase, in this case managed by Enerland, of symbolic bibs as a donation to the organisation. A good cause and a small effort that make a difference, both for early care services and for our colleagues, who were able to enjoy a day of sport and a great atmosphere.
Enerland Group, committed to sport
The Atades race is just one of the company’s recurring events related to physical activity. Every year, Enerland Spain holds its traditional Padel Tournament, as well as the Football Match in autumn. In addition, throughout the year, we promote and sponsor various races and tournaments of interest to employees, such as the MLA League, the ESIC Company Race, and the Zaragoza Firefighters 10K. Looking after health and maintaining positive energy are always reasons to celebrate, and they help us grow stronger, both as individuals and as a team.
