From 3 to 7 November, the 3rd Enerland Group International Meeting was held once again, an event that brought together the Country Managers in Spain from the different countries where the company has a presence. This edition combined strategic working sessions with moments of togetherness and teamwork, reinforcing Enerland’s global commitment to innovation and collaboration.
The meeting began in Madrid, where the international representatives, together with the commercial team, held meetings with key clients to strengthen partnerships and explore new development opportunities. The activities then moved to Zaragoza, the company's headquarters, where various working and analysis sessions were held.
During their stay in Zaragoza, the teams had the opportunity to share the projects and objectives of each country, as well as to hold meetings with the various corporate departments, including Quality, BESS and PPA, with the aim of learning about their methodologies first-hand and encouraging the global alignment of processes. These sessions made it possible to share experiences, identify synergies and strengthen the group’s common international strategy.
Strengthening team bonds
Beyond the technical and strategic work, the meeting also included social and team-building activities aimed at strengthening ties between the teams. The first was an aperitif lunch held at the head office, attended by around 70 employees, providing a relaxed setting for exchange between the different areas. The second activity was a cocktail-making workshop followed by dinner, a interactive experience which fostered collaboration, creativity and team spirit in a relaxed and participatory atmosphere.
With this 3rd International Meeting, Enerland Group reaffirms its commitment to teamwork, internal communication and a global vision, essential pillars for continuing to drive renewable energy projects that contribute to a more sustainable future.
