We are announcing the completion of two new Enerland projects in El Salvador. PV Gen and Grupo Roca have already begun commissioning.

In April of this same year the execution of the group of parks began PV Gen and Grupo Roca. Today, 19 July, we announce the completion of Enerland's two new projects in El Salvador.

These two photovoltaic parks will connect 2.8 MW of power to the country's electricity grid. In line with the plans of the Governance focused on modernising the energy grid and bringing it closer to places which, due to their location, do not have access to it, this plant generates energy equivalent to the consumption of more than 2,100 households.

The generation of solar photovoltaic energy prevents the emission of tonnes of polluting gases into the atmosphere. This helps drive an energy transition towards a sustainable future and positions El Salvador as one of the leading countries in terms of sustainability. With these two projects, the country will avoid the emission of more than 3,090 tonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere.

Enerland invests in the future

Following the completion of these two parks, Enerland continues working for the future. It will continue carrying out their operation and maintenance to always ensure maximum performance and optimisation. At the same time, we are continuing with the development of the other projects awarded in the country. Our objective: for all of them to be operational before the end of the year.

Likewise, the company continues its work across the rest of the world. With a large portfolio of awarded and development-stage projects, we remain committed to the transition towards renewable, clean and photovoltaic energy.
