Enerland is awarded the 2022 RSA Seal, in the SME category, granted by the Government of Aragon, the Aragonese Institute for Development, CEOE Aragon, CEPYME Aragon, the Aragon Empresa Programme and CCOO to self-employed professionals, companies and committed organisations.
What does it involve?
The RSA seal (Aragonese Social Responsibility) recognises the company's commitment to society and the environment, as well as to other key aspects such as our employees' work-life balance, the promotion of equality within our workforce, volunteer and social collaboration initiatives, commitment to the SDGs and the promotion of culture in Aragon, where our head office in Spain is located.
To obtain the Aragon Social Responsibility Plan seal (RSA), the Government of Aragon, together with CEOE Aragon, Cepyme Aragon, UGT Aragon and CC.OO Aragon, launched this initiative in 2015 in order to promote Corporate Social Responsibility in public and private organisations within the Autonomous Community of Aragon, so that they implement and apply socially responsible practices.
What processes have been carried out
Obtaining this seal involved several stages. First, once registered, participants attended a Specialised Training session in which the Principles of Social Responsibility were presented. Afterwards, the corresponding forms were completed online. The declarations of commitment were also signed and the commitment report on Social Responsibility was submitted. All this information is analysed by the Aragón Social Responsibility Board. This board is made up of the Confederation of Employers of Aragón, the Confederation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of ARAGON, Comisiones Obreras ARAGON, Unión General de Trabajadores ARAGON and the Government of Aragón. All of this is managed through the Aragonese Institute for Development.
In Enerland Group we are clear about it. We want to be a benchmark in the photovoltaic energy sector, and we want to do it properly. We continue rowing towards a more sustainable and responsible future, with our sights set on environmental conservation, equality and development.
