This week Enerland Group attended Genera 2024. The event took place from 6 to 8 February at the IFEMA exhibition centre in Madrid.

Once again, the International Energy and Environment Fair, Genera 2024 brought together industry professionals at IFEMA. An essential event for discovering the commercial offering and the main stakeholders involved in the sector. In this edition, more than 500 exhibitors welcomed the 35,000 visitors who toured halls 9 and 10 over the three days of the trade fair. International participation stood out in particular, with 208 companies from as many as 23 countries taking part.

Our CEO, Manuel Balet, together with members of Enerland’s commercial, O&M, EPC, self-consumption, marketing, ICT and environment teams, and Monticell were present throughout the three days of Genera. During the event, they explored the 24,000 square metres of exhibition space. There, they were able to speak with professionals, discover the latest developments, and attend the sessions held as part of the fair.

As in previous editions, the impressions were positive. Pablo Lastanao, engineer in our Operation & Maintenance department: "The visit to Genera was highly productive. The trade fair gave us the opportunity to meet in person with suppliers and partner companies we have been working with for some time. We also took the opportunity to learn first-hand about the latest trends in the market."
