Enerland Group is committed to training. On this occasion, our colleagues attended several training sessions in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL). The sessions took place during the third and fourth weeks of May.

Enerland Group is committed to training in occupational health and safety for its employees. During the final weeks of May, colleagues from Enerland and Monticell attended several occupational risk prevention training sessions. Occupational risk prevention is a key discipline in a sector such as ours.

Thanks to the training, the workers were able to improve and update both knowledge and skills in accident prevention in the workplace. All with the aim of creating a safe environment both internally and externally.

At Enerland Group, we are firmly convinced that ongoing training in this area is an essential tool. In this way, we are able to prevent accidents within the company, especially those of an electrical nature or caused by working at height.

The learning sessions not only provide essential knowledge for the proper execution of the work, they also influence employees' behaviour. In this way, awareness is raised of the importance of acting correctly in certain risky situations or in circumstances which, although they may not appear so, still present serious risks to the health of both the individual and their colleagues.

Training plan

Enerland Group and Monticell have a general training plan in place for all employees. In addition to this more specific training for carrying out particular activities, the company is committed to training any employees who wish to take part, regardless of whether their daily work involves this type of risk. For example, training has been delivered in first aid, working at height, digital skills and occupational risk prevention, among others, in departments ranging from administration or marketing and communications to engineering.
