Enerland Group celebrates Love and Friendship Day in Colombia.
Colombia's Day of Love and Friendship was celebrated over the weekend of 17-18 September. On that date, with the help of our colleague Hernando Restrepo, a corporate event was organised. The main objective was for all the members of the Bogotá team to enjoy a day of leisure together.
To mark the occasion, a surprise was prepared at the event. It consisted of a small Lego workshop through which all employees had the opportunity to take part in assembling a small photovoltaic plant. First, the main components of a solar park were analysed and studied. At this stage, the more technical colleagues took the opportunity to explain the particular features of each role. Afterwards, once the elements had been identified, the fully personalised small-scale models were assembled.
Thanks to this activity, the team worked together. In addition, those employees whose day-to-day work is further removed from the construction of the plants, because it is more administrative in nature, were able to better understand and connect with the more technical side of our business.
