As every year, the city of Zaragoza hosted the 7th edition of the ESIC Corporate Race. Enerland took part with 6 teams. These teams were made up of people from different departments and with different lengths of service at the company, with the aim of improving interdepartmental communication, and most were mixed teams.
The race for companies consists of completing an 8 km route through the city centre. The route must be completed in teams, and team members must start and finish the race together. In this way, the race becomes an activity of TeamBuilding through which teamwork, effort, support for colleagues and resilience take centre stage.
After the previous edition was cancelled, more than 3,600 people from both local companies and multinationals based in the city of Zaragoza took part in this 7th Race. It thus became a business meeting point where competition took a back seat.
A race full of colour that highlights commitment to the company and, of course, to colleagues. Our colours, orange and blue, represent our brand, our values and our eyes always set on the future. Powering the future, it is our motto and how we feel. And one of the keys to driving the future forward is to take on new challenges and overcome them day by day.
At Enerland, we are very proud of our teams. We hope to continue taking part every year and for more colleagues to join this challenge. The 7th ESIC Company Race was the second in which we participated, and we are sure it will not be the last.
