We began the development of our first projects in the Philippines.

A year ago we announced our entry into the South Asian market. With the opening of our subsidiary Enerland Philippines, located in Isabela province, on the island of Manila, we began developing our first projects. Today, we announce that the company is starting the Ramón photovoltaic project.

It is worth noting that construction work on Ramón Solar Park will be carried out in the summer of this same year. In addition, top-quality materials will be used for this project. It will also be connected to the Iselco grid and will generate 6.5 MW of power.

Enerland has major expansion plans in the Philippines. The rights to a new 10 MW project have recently been acquired, placing the company in an excellent position. Construction of this second project will begin at the start of July.

In both cases, Enerland supplies EPC services (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) or turnkey. In total, we have 15 MW under development in the country and, in parallel, we are working on the execution of industrial self-consumption projects installed on rooftops.

Philippines

The South Asian country is in a period of expansion and its population is growing at a very rapid pace. This exponential growth is driving an increase both in electricity demand and in the need to improve transmission infrastructure. For this reason, the country is committed to the development of renewable energy such as photovoltaics. Backing sustainable energy means backing the future.

Enerland arrives in the Philippines not only with the aim of optimising the country's renewable resources by creating sustainable energy, but also to modernise the area's electricity infrastructure.

Expansion plans

Enerland continues to grow. Alongside our first development in the Philippines, we are announcing the creation of our new subsidiary in Central America: El Salvador. With this one, we will now have two subsidiaries on the American continent.
