From November 3 to 7, Enerland Group held its 3rd annual International Summit, an event that brought together in Spain the country managers from the regions where the company operates. This year’s event combined sessions on strategic planning with opportunities for socializing and teamwork, reinforcing Enerland’s global commitment to innovation and collaboration.
The event began in Madrid, where our international representatives, along with our sales team, held meetings with some of our key clients to strengthen partnerships and explore new growth opportunities. The activities then moved to Zaragoza, central headquarters of the company, where various working sessions and analysis meetings were held.
During their stay in Zaragoza, our country managers had the opportunity to discuss each country’s projects and objectives, and held meetings with our local teams (among them Quality, BESS, PPA…) to gain firsthand insight into their methodologies and promote global process alignment. These sessions allowed for the sharing of experiences, the identification of synergies, and strengthening our common strategy on the international stage.
Strengthening team bonds
Beyond technical and strategic work, the summit also included social and teambuilding activities designed to strengthen our team bonds. The first was a lunch break at headquarters, attended by nearly 70 employees, providing a relaxed setting for interaction between different departments. The second activity was a cocktail workshop followed by a dinner, an experience that fostered collaboration, creativity and team spirit in a relaxed and participatory atmosphere.
With this 3rd International Summit, Enerland Group reaffirms its commitment to teamwork, internal communication and a global perspective, essential pillars for continuing to drive renewable energy projects that contribute to a more sustainable future.
