We announced our new photovoltaic project in Mexico. This new solar park, located in Cajeme, will connect a power of 10 MW to the electricity grid.<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today, we present our new photovoltaic project in Mexico. With this new park, Enerland intends to consolidate its presence in the Central American country. There are already 5 of our solar parks <\/a> facilities. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Our new photovoltaic project in Mexico is located in the municipality of Cajeme, Sonora. It has an area of \u200b\u200bapproximately 20 hectares of rustic land free of environmental conditions. In addition, it will generate a power of <\/span> 10MW to the electrical grid. Under the EPC * type contract, our subsidiary will develop comprehensive engineering, supply and construction services for the solar plant. <\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, taking into account the more technical aspect of the project, for its construction, 31,320 photovoltaic modules will be installed <\/span> with 270 trackers to one axis and 64 Huawei inverters. <\/span><\/p>\n

Along with the rest of our solar plants from Mi Ranchito <\/a>, Delicias <\/a>, Ometepec <\/a> and Janssen <\/a>, Cajeme contributes to the achievement of the SDGs established by the UN in its 2030 Agenda. <\/a> Thanks to it, through the generation of clean energy, the emission of more than 55,000 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere is avoided. Therefore, the negative impact of the industry on the greenhouse effect is reduced. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

The Mexican solar market has been in constant evolution for years. During 2018, 2.8GW of renewable energy were installed. Thanks to this growth, the country managed to position itself as one of the ten markets in the world with the highest generation of solar energy. Specifically, in the 2019 ranking published by Solar Global <\/a>, it ranks seventh. For this reason, from the subsidiary Enerland M\u00e9xico, we continue to bet on the development of photovoltaics!<\/p>\n
