The Mi Ranchito project is our biggest undertaking in Mexico. Located in the state of Sonora, it covers an area of 64 hectares of land on which the solar facility´s 86,600-plus photovoltaic modules are located. The structure consists of 87 modules of single-axis trackers and a vertically installed photovoltaic panel. This ambitious Mexican project supplies 32.92 MWp of power to the grid and generates an annual average of 76,700 MWh, equivalent to the energy required to supply more than 25,500 Mexican homes. The generation of this type of electrical energy helps avoid the emission of over 34,500 tons of CO2 into the planet´s atmosphere.
