We attended the ceremony of the Awards for Business Excellence in Aragon 2022, in the SME category.
The Awards for Business Excellence in Aragon 2022 are a prestigious recognition created by the Aragonese Development Institute in 1996. This award seeks to highlight and disseminate the best practices of the companies that make up the fabric of Aragon and to support them in order to promote their continuous improvement. Specifically, this edition has broken the record of business participation with more than 170 companies registered, of which 128 were SMEs. The awards ceremony was held on Tuesday, 8th November at the Zaragoza Conference Centre. Up until last year, the event had been attended by more than 200 speakers and 21,000 people. This year, the gala was once again a great success, reaching its full capacity. In addition, it was also broadcast via streaming.
The Awards for Excellence Ceremony
The event began with a presentation by Adolfo Ramírez. Through it, he conveyed the importance of digitisation in the business sector. From his presentation, we highlight the idea of asking ourselves if what we are doing today brings us closer to where we want to be tomorrow. It is important not to lose focus on what we do and what we want. Subsequently, the awarding of the Aragon Seals of Excellence in its different categories began. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all those companies that obtained the Gold, Silver and Bronze awards. After them, the Excellence Awards were presented, for which Enerland Group was a finalist in the SME category.
Finally, the powerful Victor Küppers, a reference in personal development and motivation, proceeded to give a lecture whose theme revolved around different ideas on how to deal with transformation in organisations in a positive way. The enriching lecture made us aware of the need to value the little things in life and also how enriching it is to try to live with a positive attitude. In this way, it will be easier to do ordinary things in an extraordinary way.
Finally, Arturo Aliaga, vice-president of the Government of Aragon, was in charge of closing the event. In his speech, he supported the business fabric, highlighting the attitude and tenacity of the companies that make it up.
Enerland in the Business Excellence Award of Aragon
Our high levels of demand and our awareness of seeking continuous improvement in all the processes in which we are involved have led us to achieve this great recognition. Although in the end we were not able to win, we at Enerland Group are proud of all the effort made and the growth of the company in recent years. For us, it is an honour to have been a finalist and we congratulate the winners of our category. On the other hand, this year we have been awarded the renewal of the RSA Seal and, for the first time, the RSA+ Seal through which our social responsibility actions are valued.
