On March 25, Enerland and Monticell donated photovoltaic panels to the Colla Scouts group of Nuestra Señora del Rosario.

On March 25 Enerland and Monticell collaborated with Colla Scouts in the Solar Scout Challenge, in which Scouts d’Aragón is participating- MSC, with the donation of 14 photovoltaic panels for reuse. This action will serve to promote the Solar Challenge among the groups of the association, facilitating the energy transition in the summer camps. The key objective is to improve the sustainability of these activities. The donated material will be used so that the participating groups can make a significant change in electricity consumption. In addition, they will also serve to carry out training on solar energy and photovoltaic installations among its members. And thus raise awareness about the use of renewable energies.

Colla Scouts went to the central office in Zaragoza to collect the material. Alberto Aparicio, Project Manager of Monticell, was in charge of carrying out this initiative. In total, 14 modules were donated. Thanks to the installation of solar panels this spring, they will be able to supply electricity to the camp during the summer. The facilities are located in Gavin, Huesca, a town at an altitude of 974 meters. A strategic and ideal place in the Aragonese Pyrenees. Apart from teaching the future generation to appreciate the benefits of renewable energies, they will be more sustainable together by being able to supply electricity to camping appliances.
